Horrible delivery service. A scam. Never use. Read all reviews everywhere online. A scam shipping service. I purchased 2day express shipping on a Friday. The package was delivered after 4 pm Wednesday. My friend had to go outside her house and walk up to an unknown man walking in front of a neighbor’s house and ask if he had a package for [her name]. Guy goes to his unmarked van, parked away from friend’s house, and grabs the package from the front passenger seat. Friend asks: So if I hadn’t come out of my house, you would have left and I would not have received the package? He scoffed: Yeh, I guess.
Many calls looking for the package to the 800 number in Central America were useless. No customer service person could contact a local Fed Ex to help locate the package’s whereabouts other than to say on a delivery truck. Stressful experience. Fed Ex charges you for a service you will never receive knowing you will not complain and follow through on your complaints and continue to keep calling back. Disgusting business.
In my opinion, Fedex isn’t the best opportunity to buy right now, as they have 5.64 billion in cash and 37.51 in debt, they have a profit margin of 5.02%. Their net income growth is very unpredictable. Roic is at 6.38%. I think that Uber, Intuit and Duolingo as well as Google are good buys right now. But anyway a very good article.
